Welcome to Vector Artwork US LLC. By using our website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following Vector Artwork US Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before starting a project. Furthermore, your use of our site constitutes an agreement to follow these rules.

1. Scope of Services

We provide custom vectorization, digitizing, and graphic design services. Our team works based on the specific files and instructions you provide. Consequently, the quality of the final vector depends heavily on the quality of the original image you upload.

2. User Obligations and Content

You must own the rights to any image or logo you upload to our site. Specifically, you agree that:

  • You will not upload copyrighted material that you do not own.

  • You will provide accurate contact and payment information.

  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. Payment and Order Processing

We require payment before we begin any design work. Moreover, our prices are subject to change based on the complexity of your artwork. Once you submit a payment, we consider the order “active.” Therefore, we immediately assign a designer to your project to ensure a fast turnaround.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

We treat all custom designs as your private intellectual property. However, Vector Artwork US LLC reserves all ownership rights to the creative work until we receive your payment in full. Specifically, you do not have the legal right to use, print, or distribute the designs until the transaction is complete.

Once you have paid in full, we transfer 100% of the ownership rights to you. In addition, we maintain a strict confidentiality policy. Unlike other agencies, we do not display client files or completed artwork in our public portfolio. Your designs remain your private assets.

5. Limitation of Liability

In addition to the rules above, Vector Artwork US LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs. We provide the artwork “as is” upon your approval of the final revision. Consequently, we recommend that you inspect all files immediately upon delivery.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Furthermore, we may terminate your access to our tools if you violate these Vector Artwork US Terms of Service. We aim to maintain a respectful and professional environment for all our clients.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. Additionally, we will post the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
